I provide mental health support for children aged 5 and over, adolescents, and adults. When working with children, I also engage with parents so that we can collaboratively apply evidence based therapy for the benefit of your child.
Challenges can exist in all areas of life, and I have a keen interest in exploring various aspects of mental health support. This includes topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, developmental issues, and behavioural and emotional difficulties. I also focus on parenting, life transitions, and self-esteem. Approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy play a significant role in addressing these challenges.
I work with a strengths-based approach and incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, and secure attachment theories to provide effective mental health support.
