Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both your time and the time of others. The session you book is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations or no-shows may prevent someone else from accessing support. To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee of $112.50 and a No-Show will result in the full fee of $225 being charged. Both payable before the next session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Once your initial appointment is made, you will receive a consent form to read. You are then able to ask any questions at the beginning of your session, before you sign it. The consent form is to be signed by the client, however, a parent signature is required for children and adolescents.
In the case of separated parents, we understand that separation can be an incredibly challenging time for all involved, especially children. Our priority is to create a safe and supportive space for children, recognizing that the dynamics of parental relationships can be complex. In cases where there is no court order or similar directive, it is assumed that both parents share parental responsibility. Therefore, we require consent from both parents through a signed consent form before commencing treatment for the child. Our focus remains on the well-being of your child in this difficult time.
Please note, we do not provide court reports, Medico-Legal reports, or related documentation. For such services for parents, we recommend consulting the Family Law Court, which can guide you to appropriate resources.
